Our visit to Villa d'Este and its fabulous gardens was great. I liked that we could choose a different day to attend up to about 30 days forward. I needed to use the ticket a day prior to my reservation and this is a NO change, NO refund (which is OK). We were able to change our transportation to use the reserved ticket as stated. The villa self tour was relaxing and not rushed. The gardens, of course, were outstanding and we had perfect weather. Headout was easy to reserve our tickets and I printed out our QR sheets; but since I forgot those when we left the U.S., I was happy that I could go back into the website and put the information on my phone. We also took the bus 1.5E to/from Villa Adrianna (Hadrian's villa complex). That, too, was easy and the bus stopped right in front of the ticket office. My QR codes worked well and the staff there was helpful and friendly. This self tour was also awesome and peaceful. What a complex.
The entry process to these unique and precious historical sites was easy and worry-free with the Headout advance tickets. To be able to visually experience the inforgettable water fountains of Villa d'Este and the breathtaking ancient ruins of Hadrian's Villa more than justify the 26 Euro price of entry for a 3-day pass. Not to be missed if you visit Rome!
I didn't visit any museums, only Hadrian's Villa and Villa d'Este, which were really outstanding. Everything went well even for the entrances, there were no people.

It's not so much the ticket that's interesting as the time of our visit. In September, there's hardly anyone around and we had almost all the sites to ourselves :o) And the single ticket for all 3 sites is really practical. I recommend taking the audioguides offered at each site for 4€ (discounted with the entrance ticket ;o)), it's a real plus for discovering their history.

It was amazing my visit to Villas Tivoli and my experience about tickets buying by Headout was just awesome, it did work smoothly skipping the line☺️
I spent 8 weeks in Rome and had some great days and nights here, but one I will remember probably forever was yesterday in Tivoli. Not only is the city lovely and charming and worth a visit itself, there are also almost no other tourists. We visited the sanctuary of Hercules Victor alone. There were no other people on the sight. The Villa d'Este has one of the most beautiful gardens I have ever seen and if you are interested in roman history Villa Adriana will leave you stunning. It's incredibly impressive to stroll through the ruins. Even at the Villa Adriana, which is actually like a little city itself, there were no queues and not more like ten other visitors, which made it even better. Just don't miss it! If you are physically capable, don't miss the Parco Gregoriano with the second largest waterfall of Italy, its caves and beautiful views. We were very sad returning to Rome in the evening, although we love Rome.
Beautiful gardens with amazing views. Overall great vibes. Animal friendly, we saw that they feed the cats and dogs are welcome.
abbiamo evitato le code e la temperatura e il sole ci ha permesso di godere il tutto. pochissima gente nonostante le feste del 25 aprile e 1 maggio
From the moment I set foot in the historical wonder that is Villa d'Este in Tivoli, I was swept away into what felt like an entirely different world, one that elegantly combines the grandeur of Renaissance architecture with the serene beauty of nature. We didn't wait a single minute when we got to the Villa. We just showed them our tickets and they let us in directly. They even gave us a map to help us get around.
The size the scale, the grandeur of hadrian's villa left us speechless. It was truly awesome. The villa D'ESTe was very nice but didn't impress as Hadrian's villa did.
The visit to the Villa d'Est was really impeccable and well managed, and the audio guide option was very well thought out. On the other hand, the visit to the Temple of Hercules museum, which was in fact closed even though we had paid a full-price ticket, was inexplicable and not really acceptable, especially at this price. In our opinion, the connections between the Temple of Hercules and the Villa d'Est should be improved, as the two are easy to get to, but it's a big problem to get to the Villa Adriana if you don't have a car.

Villa Adriana is simply superb. We, by the way, were lucky enough to have met Laura, a guide who does her job with passion, who enchants those who listen to her. Also excellent is the service they provide for those, like me, who have mobility problems. I highly recommend the visit
